The main goal was to create intriguing camera layouts and create an atmosphere of uneasiness, where each shot revealed just a little bit more of the story leading up to a big reveal. The camera angles are impersonal, and detached yet draw your focus seamlessly from shot to shot.
This project served as an experiment in using Unreal Engine to create a narrative short. The short takes place on a rural snowy highway as a creature approaches a crashed car and its terrified driver.
I was responsible for the layout and movement of cameras as well as lighting the scene. All models, environments, and animations were free assets found on the Unreal Marketplace and Mixamo.
